Privacy Policy for ShelfFish

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how your privacy is respected and protected when you use ShelfFish ("the App"), developed by Vibin LLC ("the Developer").

1. Data Collection

ShelfFish collects absolutely no personal data.

The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function. The Developer does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your data. There are no external databases, no remote servers, and no hidden tracking scripts.

2. Analytics and Third-Party Tracking

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics software, advertising frameworks, or tracking SDKs.

3. In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2)

ShelfFish offers in-app purchases processed securely and entirely through Apple's native App Store infrastructure (StoreKit 2).

4. Apple's OS-Level Telemetry

Like all macOS applications, ShelfFish is subject to Apple's standard operating system analytics. If you have explicitly opted in to share crash reports and app usage data with developers through your macOS System Settings, Apple may provide the Developer with anonymous, aggregated crash logs. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used strictly to fix bugs and improve the App's stability. You can manage these permissions at any time in your Mac's Privacy & Security settings.

5. Changes to This Policy

If the App's data collection practices ever change in the future (for example, if a new feature requires syncing data), this Privacy Policy will be updated, and the App Store privacy labels will reflect those changes prior to releasing the update.
